Jana Kramer became famous on TV, in which she portrayed Alex in One Tree Hill's final three years. Kramer had signed an agreement with Elektra Records, and she released her modern country-inspired tune I Won't give Up on the One Tree Hill 2011 episode. It was later included as a track on Jana Kramer, her debut album, which was released in 2012. The track landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Later she concentrated her acting career around performing in movies including Heart of the Country 2013 as well as Country Crush 2016, which appealed directly to her fans. Kramer's second album Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15th of 2015.
